About FHRAbout Mcea

FHR/MCEA Although this site is a collaborative effort, Flint Hills Resources and the Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy are two very different organizations with their own independent missions and objectives. Circumstances led both groups to realize they had before them an unusual opportunity to act cooperatively to reach desired outcomes that would otherwise be difficult to achieve on their own. The two organizations are briefly described below. To find out more about the origin of the collaboration and further descriptions about the two organizations, go to the What's the Point section.
